History

Karl and June Ritar planted the first of Green Mountain Olive's groves in 1998 soon after they purchased "Kirwin", a 400 hectare property south of Mudgee NSW.

"Kirwin" had been a merino sheep farm for over a century.

The Ritar family looks forward to producing fine olive products on "Kirwin" long into the future.
