Fine Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Green Mountain Olive grove produces fine cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, at an altitude of 800m under the shelter of Mount Carcalgong, the green mountain.

The Green Mountain Olive grove forms part of our 1000 acre, family owned property, nestled amongst the hills, high above the town of Mudgee, 3 hours drive north west of Sydney.

We grow four varieties of olives in three groves, a 20 acre grove of Manzanillo olive trees (peppered with Sevillano trees), 10 acres of Frantoio olive trees and a small grove of Kalamatas.

Seventy five percent of the property has been set aside as a refuge for native flora and fauna and has been preserved as a wilderness area.
